- Lightweight cardstock comes in 14 pt., 18 pt., and 24 pt. The thicker variations are recommended for heavier stock, while the 14 pt. is the standard for smaller items.
- Corrugated cardboard is composed of three layers that protect your tea from external impact and damage. Go for standard or premium white that offers a clean look. The kraft brown suits tea brands with a more natural, rustic aesthetic.

Will my custom tea boxes be reviewed before it’s sent to production?
Yes, our prepress team reviews all artwork files created online. The team will inform you of any errors or changes that need to be made. Should you opt to be contacted if there’s a problem, we will proceed with production if the team finds no issues.Can I preview the tea box packaging file before you manufacture the entire order?
Yes, you can request a free PDF proof before the final design file is sent to production. After using the 3D online design tool, click on “Add to Cart” and choose “Send me a PDF proof for approval” from the pop-up window. You’ll receive the file in your email inbox, and we’ll only produce the box design after receiving your approval online.How long does it take to manufacture the custom tea boxes?
The standard production time for custom boxes is from 10 to 15 business days. Select “Expedite Production” if you need a bulk order delivered after 6 to 8 business days. Note that expediting production may require an extra charge.One sample box will only take 3 to 5 business days. We recommend starting with one custom tea box if you need to see the final product before committing to a larger quantity.
