“Received the tabletop banner but the bottom part with the phone number was cut off. Did a live chat with customer service on the Labor Day holiday and was immediately taken care of. The rep was wonderful and very helpful. There should be a new replacement in the mail. Great customer service!!!”

“The actual hardware of this project is excellent quality. But we are not happy with the quality of the banner. The paper is smaller than the top bar so the bar is longer than the banner! The glue used to adhere the banner to the bar is showing and very sticky! The banner is not applied straight either. The print is grainy and it appears they did not print this at 300dpi.”
