Q: Can I order the graphic or banner without the frame?
A: Yes, to order the graphic only select “Graphic Only” on the online calculator. All the specs indicated will be for the banner display only.
Q: How do I assemble a straight tension display?
A: Insert the fabric into the frame and then pull it taut until it’s ready to stand up on its own. You can smoothen out any fabric creases using a hand steamer.
Q: How soon can I receive my order?
A: All straight tension displays take 3 business days to print. The order will be ready to ship after this period. To find out how soon you can receive the shipment, select “Get Shipping Estimate” below the online calculator and input your ZIP code. Several arrival dates will appear. Pick-up dates are available for those based in Arlington, Texas.
