Cut-to-size is recommended for maximum orders of 250 pieces. These are easy to apply by hand and are ideal for fulfilling last minute orders.

Rolls let you print more than 250 circle stickers for faster machine application with a label gun. Recommended for bulk printing orders of large quantities that will be shipped straight to customers or to stores reselling your items.

• Bleed is the edge of the background or artwork. It provides an additional allowance to the round sticker’s actual size to prevent any white spaces or details from being missed in the final print.
• The trim line is the cut line or where we will cut on the edges to achieve the final size.
• Caution zone shows where the text should be located at least 1/8” away from the trim line to ensure the text does not get cut off or too close to the edge of the final size.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the round stickers waterproof?

Cut-to-size stickers printed in high-gloss white vinyl and rolls stickers made of BOPP and textured materials are waterproof. Among all the materials available, the white vinyl is the most durable and waterproof. BOPP is recommended for items that will be refrigerated and exposed to moisture.

How long will the stickers last?

Most of the materials are fade-resistant given the proper care and conditions. Indoor stickers such as white premium sticker paper should be kept inside and not exposed to outdoor elements. You can add a protective matte, gloss, or high-gloss UV coating to prevent abrasions and fingerprint marks on the design.

Is there a minimum order quantity for round stickers?

You can order a minimum of 25 cut-to-size stickers and at least 250 rolls. For faster and easier application, we recommend getting the roll format in higher quantities.

What kind of adhesive do you use?

Roll stickers have a general-purpose permanent acrylic adhesive. Note that this cannot be removed without damaging the sticker or leaving a residue on the surface.

What is the largest round sticker size?

The largest sticker size for cut-to-size is at 4” x 4”. The biggest size for roll stickers is at 6” x 6”. If you need a bigger size, select “Custom Size” under the roll shape options. A wider range of widths and heights will appear for you to choose from.
