How to Choose the Best Features for Your Printed Address Labels

1. Return address labels and address labels come in either cut-to-size or roll formats.

• Cut-to-size are individual pieces that are easier to apply by hand. These are recommended for smaller quantity orders under 250 pieces—you can order at least 25 labels. If you plan on writing the customer’s name, print on the uncoated white paper sticker that’s exclusively available for this label format.
• Rolls are ordered for bulk printing quantities above 250. One roll can fit an automatic label dispenser for faster application. Recommended for fulfilling large quantity orders that are for shipment in the next few days.

2. The materials available will depend on the format you order. Base your choice on the durability, waterproof, and oil and chemical resistance required in your label. The vinyl options in both formats are recommended for letters, mail, and envelopes sent in transit.

3. A variety of sizes are available for the four standard shapes: square, rectangle, circle, and oval. Cut-to-size return address labels can be printed in different sizes for each shape.

Roll labels are available in custom dimensions after selecting this option as the shape. Combine a range of widths and heights that start at 0.5”.

4. Personalize every detail of your artwork on a print-ready template or using the online design tool. Head to the “Layout Templates” tab if you require a specific file format. Choose from JPG, PDF, EPS, PSD, or AI formats that are compressed in the downloadable ZIP folders.

If you have no design software background, select “Design Online” at the bottom of the calculator. This will take you to the online tool, where you can upload your logo, add text, and other details like colors to complete your printed address labels design.

What are the waterproof materials available?
Yes, you can print custom address labels in waterproof vinyl or BOPP materials. The white vinyl sticker is waterproof and comes in a UV gloss that protects the design from fading under outdoor elements.

BOPP options are all waterproof, oil and chemical resistant, and refrigerator-safe. These are indoor-friendly materials that keep the label looking good as new even when exposed to water.

How soon can I receive my order?
To find out how soon you can receive your custom address labels, select “Get Shipping Estimate” below the online calculator. Enter your ZIP code to generate several arrival dates based on your location.

Note that the shipping time begins after the production time. For residents who live in or near Arlington, Texas, free pickup dates will be listed.

Can I order a small order of samples?
No, but you can order a minimum of 25 cut-to-size address labels. Rolls come in at least 250 pieces as the printing method is set up for larger quantities.
