For First-Class Mail® postcards:
- Minimum: 5" wide x 3.5" tall
- Maximum: 6" wide x 4.25" tall
For Standard Letter Rate and First-Class Letter Rate:
- Minimum: 5" wide x 3.5" tall
- Maximum: 11.5" wide x 6.125” tall
Here are the paper stocks we provide:
10 pt. cardstock
- 14 pt .cardstock uncoated
- 14 pt. cardstock
- 16 pt. cardstock
- 17 pt. cardstock uncoated
Aside from our paper stocks, you can opt for a matte, gloss, or high-gloss coating on both sides of the postcard for added protection.
There are three options to print your own design. These are:
Option 1 – Download a print layout template and customize your artwork in your preferred editing software.
Option 2 – Go to any of our product pages and select “Design Online” in the product calculator to be directed to the design tool.
Option 3 – Use your own print-ready file. You can do this by selecting “Upload File” in the product calculator. Once you have uploaded your file, you can ask for a free PDF proof. Keep in mind that your design will only proceed to production after you have approved the file.

An irresistible special offer – Including a special offer like a free home appraisal can make your postcard stand out among the large pile of mail that your prospects receive. This can also open opportunities to personally show off your skills as a real estate consultant to clients.
