“I purchased church postcards and business cards. The background color was supposed to be a light gold in color. The pictures on the card were bright and beautiful, but the background color was a dull khaki non-decsript color. I'm not sure what happened. After receiving the cards, I checked the settings for the picture again, and I had been correct about the light gold background. The second issue concerned shipping. I believe my order had said at first that there was free shipping, but when I went to purchace the cards I found that shipping would cost me quite a bit. I hope to find out if shipping can be less next time. However, both issues I had were minor. The process for designing the cards was easy. Customer service was great. The price for 1,000 church postcards and 250 business cards was the same amount as 999 4x6 pictures from walmart. I was definately happy with the price, that is the price before shipping cost. I definately want to use this company again! I will also be telling my friends about Print Place! I do hope I can get my background color fixed and shipping a little lower, but I am still very happy with my order and my experience with Print Place!”

“The quality was great. The printing "started" (supposedly) "on time" but ended up taking three days, even though I paid extra for same-day printing. The shipping was supposed to be 2-day shipping, but they weren't even finished with the printing till the day they were supposed to be delivered. However, with excellent customer service, they were finished up and overnighted to me, so they ended up arriving only 1 day late, rather than several.”
