A: The 16 pt. cardstock is the thickest stock available for standard greeting cards. It is slightly thicker and sturdier than the 14 pt. cardstock that is normally used on business cards.

Both metallic and silk greeting cards are made of the thicket 16 pt. cardstock.

Q: Do you offer special printing options for greeting cards?
A: Yes, you can print greeting cards with a metallic accent or on water and tear resistant silk laminated cardstock. Both metallic and silk greeting cards

Q: What file format do you accept for online submissions?
A: PDF is the standard file format for all artwork file submissions. You can also submit files in EPS, PUB, and PSD formats. If you need a file with all the necessary guidelines for artwork creation, download the available templates below.

Q: Can I review my greeting card before it's printed?
A: Yes, you can review the file after uploading it on our website. After selecting “Upload Now” on the online calculator and transferring the file from your computer, select “I need a PDF proof” under “Proofing Options.” This option lets you download the free PDF proof from the Shopping Cart after upload.

Note that your approval is needed before we proceed to printing.

Q: How soon can I receive my greeting cards?
A: The arrival of your greeting cards depends on the production time you choose on the online calculator. Same day production is possible but this period does not include the transit time.

To find out how soon your order can arrive, select “Get Shipping Estimate” at the bottom of the calculator. You’ll input the ZIP code and a list of arrival dates and transit times will appear.
