We'll override the price in your job cart, and advise when your job is ready for checkout at the matched price. What if I find the lower price after I've placed my order? We will confirm the printing, finishing, and shipping options are the same, and then refund the difference to your card. |

On Time GuaranteeOur advanced scheduling systems ensure over 99% of approved projects are printed and shipped as requested – if not, we'll make it right. We are so sure we will ship your order on time that we are proud to offer an unmatched On Time Guarantee. What does this mean to you? This means that once your job passes art verification, it will ship on the estimated ship date shown on your account page. If there is a problem with your artwork, your job will be placed on hold and your ship date will be affected. While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs, PrintPlace.com is not obligated to expedite jobs that are on hold due to Art Suspect status. The On Time Guarantee covers printing turnaround only. What if your job ships late? If we ship your job late, PrintPlace.com will upgrade the shipping, at no additional cost to you, in order to meet the arrival date you would have had if your order were to have shipped on time. If this is not possible (for instance, if you have 1 day turn with overnight shipping), PrintPlace.com will refund you the difference between the turnaround time you ordered and the actual turnaround time. This guarantee is limited to a shipping upgrade or turnaround time refund and does not cover any damages or claims incurred by you or your business if you receive printed materials which are incomplete or later than your estimated delivery date. |

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 877-405-3949 within 10 days of receipt of your order, and if your order is found to contain an error that is not within our allowable tolerances, we will reprint all or part of it on an expedited turn. We are committed to high quality standards, including printing, trimming, and finishing. However, there are some things beyond our control which are not covered by this guarantee: We print to exacting ISO Color standards. However, due to variances in viewing equipment we cannot be responsible for color variation between PDF screen proofs and the final printed piece. If your job is color critical, we highly recommend ordering a hard copy proof for color matching purposes. If you believe the color for your job is non-compliant, our Certified GraCOL Color Expert will evaluate it for accuracy and a reprint will be issued if the job is out of tolerance. We will not be responsible for reprinting due to customer errors, including but not limited to: spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors; inferior quality or low-resolution images; design or color errors introduced by the customer; incorrect orientation or incorrect layout for hole-drilling, die-cutting, folding, etc. We will reprint orders that are damaged in transit, but we must have photographs of said damage in order to make our claims with our shipper. We are not responsible for delays or missed shipments caused by delivery to the wrong address or undeliverable packages caused by the customer. What else? This guarantee is limited to the reprint of the original order quantity and does not cover any damages or claims incurred by you or your business if you receive printed materials which are defective, incomplete, or later than your estimated delivery date. This guarantee does not cover fees for mailing services or postage or associated incidental damages or claims. We are not responsible for USPS errors, including loss or delay.
